Bacano

Coffee Supremo is the highest grade coffee bean from Colombia. The word Supremo refers to the size of the beans which are slightly larger in size than other offerings from Colombia. Bacano is roasted medium dark which offers a flavor profile that is great for espresso as this bean’s body can hold up to more rigorous brew methods. If brewed as a pour over , this bean presents a full bodied cup with rich texture and silky mouthfeel. Although the flavor of this roast profile is bolder than lighter roasts, the strength of the coffee is still considered medium. Tasting notes: cocoa, caramel and fruit with undertones of tree nuts. Balanced acidity and sweet finish.
