Space Crazy

When we think about how immense the universe is, it leads us to the
realization that our earthly conflicts are really microscopic in comparison. Our time
here on earth is short, where do we go after its over? A distant planet, or another dimension? These questions can be mind boggling , as there is so much to discover.

Altitude 1,700 meters. 

The aroma in this cup is fruity and clean. Tasting notes of stone fruit  nuts and hints of honey as the profile rounds out.  Mouthfeel is thin and aftertaste lingers for an exceptional experience.  This bean opens up very nicely when brewed as a pour over, nice balanced acidity. It can be brewed as modern espresso but the acidity may be a bit bold for a novice palate. Cream or milk added to the espresso balances out the acidity for a pleasant drinking experience.
