Here at Scatterbrain Coffee Roasters we take pride in delivering the freshest possible roasts straight to your door. Every Single order of our coffee is roasted to order and never stored on a shelf. Roasted coffee begins to loose its unique flavor notes and quality after being stored longer than a months time. Peak flavor is experienced between day 5 and day 14. from day 15 on, coffee slowly degrades in quality. 

Our business model maximizes the flavor experience and allows the consumer to enjoy coffee as it was meant to be experienced, affordable and fresh.  

Coffee is roasted every Tuesday and shipped out the following business day.
